Varietà più precoci, più resistenti alle malattie, più adatte all'aumento della temperatura e alla riduzione di disponibilità idrica, più adatte alle nuove tecniche di coltivazione o ai nuovi utilizzi nella trasformazione industriale o nelle preparazioni alimentari: tutti questi sono gli obiettivi che portano IRES ogni giorni a non fermarsi per costruire e, se possibile, anticipare il mercato del riso di domani.
