Le varietà IRES si adattano alle diverse realtà aziendali e alle diverse prospettive climatiche.
Varietà come Fortunato, IRES 1117 e IRES 1172 sono state costituite per resistere alla siccità e a condizioni inferiori di fertilizzazione. La loro elevata resistenza al brusone e al mal del collo le rende adatte anche alle situazioni più difficili, come i terreni più sabbiosi.
Aivori unisce alla straordinaria capacità produttiva, una rusticità di adattamento a terreni fertili e poveri, oltre che resa sempre alta ed elevata tolleranza alla macchia ai granelli.
Se serve seminare tardi per raccogliere dei sovesci o per lottare contro infestanti molto resistenti, allora meglio affidarsi a Sinfonia, Duilio, Gladio e CRLB1, che si possono seminare fino a inizio giugno e che uniscono ciclo corto e alta capacità produttiva, oltre che resa alla lavorazione tendenzialmente alta e assenza di difetti.
Iarim è un riso aromatico che incontra i favori dell'industria di trasformazione che lo premia con un prezzo di 10 euro/q superiore a quello dei lunghi B convenzionali. Per maggiori dettagli chiedete al vostro mediatore o a IRES.
Carnaroli, Caravaggio, Cammeo e, l'ultimo arrivato, Isabela rappresentano i risi da risotto. Carnaroli è lo storico riso per chi vuole produrre il vero "classico". Caravaggio, Cammeo e Isabela sorprendono per la grande capacità produttiva dimostrata da prove che IRES ha condotto in Italia e all'estero. In un mercato deficitario di queste varietà possono costituire una valida alternativa sia a livello tecnico che economico.
S.Andrea è la varietà più adatta ai climi freddi ma, da alcuni anni, è nota per la sua tolleranza alla siccità. Richiede almeno un trattamento fungicida.
Selenio, Ronaldo e Centauro sono gli intramontabili per chi non vuole sbagliare. Hanno acquisito ormai clienti affezionati che IRES accontenta con semente di qualità.
